Eclipse EMSS has been based in Western Sydney since 1999. Our workshop and office sit in the Minchinbury industrial precinct near the M4, which puts our signwritten vans close to the warehouse estates, business parks and residential suburbs where most of our clients are.

We bring electrical, mechanical and security work under one contractor, so wherever your site is, you deal with one team for power, air conditioning and security. The suburb pages below describe the buildings we work on in each area and the jobs we are most often called for.

Suburbs we cover most often

• Minchinbury: our home base on Eddie Road, surrounded by light industrial units and trade businesses.
• Eastern Creek: large logistics and distribution centres near the M4 and M7, where downtime is expensive.
• Erskine Park: warehouse estates off Lenore Drive, plus the established residential streets nearby.
• Blacktown: the Arndell Park and Huntingwood industrial areas alongside a large established residential area and busy town centre.
• St Marys: the Dunheved business park and older residential housing stock that often needs switchboard and safety upgrades.
• Penrith: CBD offices and retail, and the Jamisontown and Penrith industrial areas.
• Wetherill Park: one of Sydney’s largest industrial areas, with manufacturing and trade supply businesses.
• Parramatta: CBD offices, retail and strata towers, where access and scheduling are part of every job.

Greater Sydney

These eight suburbs are where we spend most of our time, but they are not the limit. We also work for commercial, industrial and strata clients across Greater Sydney, particularly facility managers and property managers with several sites. If your building is outside the list, get in touch and we will tell you straight whether we can look after it well.

What we do in every area

Across all of these suburbs our work covers electrical services from fault finding to switchboard upgrades and compliance testing, mechanical services including HVAC maintenance, installation and BMS, and security systems such as CCTV, alarms and access control. Clients with ongoing needs can set up a maintenance contract so testing and servicing happens on schedule.
