Warehouses and distribution centres run on tight windows. A tripped circuit on a charging bay, a failed high-bay light over a picking aisle or a gate that will not open for the night shift can hold up freight and people. The problems we see most

Electrical for industrial sites
Our industrial electricians handle three-phase power, machine and conveyor connections, forklift charging circuits, high-bay LED lighting upgrades and fault finding. We carry out thermal scanning of switchboards to find hot joints and overloaded circuits before they fail, and we plan switchboard upgrades for sites that have outgrown their original supply.
For compliance, we provide test and tag to AS/NZS 3760, including VSD testing, at intervals that suit the environment. A factory or workshop setting typically calls for testing every six months. Emergency and exit lighting is tested to AS/NZS 2293, with results recorded for your Annual Fire Safety Statement.
Air conditioning and BMS
Warehouse offices, amenities, lunchrooms and server rooms all need reliable cooling. We handle programmed and reactive HVAC maintenance, new installations and building management system programming. When a unit fails during a heatwave, temporary AC hire can keep a server room or office running while the repair is organised.
Security for large perimeters
We design and install IP CCTV systems with remote mobile viewing, covering docks, yards and entry points, plus intruder alarms and access control for gates and staff doors. Because we also run the data cabling, cameras, card readers and network share infrastructure that is documented properly.
How we work on live sites
We follow your site inductions, traffic management rules and permit systems. Shutdowns are planned with your operations team and scheduled for changeovers, weekends or quiet shifts. Every job finishes with records you can file, such as test results, thermal scan reports and service logbooks. You get one point of contact who knows the site, rather than a different face every visit.
