Keys are hard to control. They get copied, lost and never returned when staff or tenants leave, and a lost master key can mean re-keying a whole building. Access control replaces keys with cards, fobs or codes that can be issued, restricted and cancelled in minutes, and it records who went through which door and when. Why access control matters
For businesses, access control is about limiting who can reach sensitive areas, such as server rooms, stock cages or offices, and knowing who was there if something goes missing. For strata buildings it controls access to lobbies, car parks, lifts and common facilities, and it lets building managers cancel a lost fob rather than change locks.
Door hardware must be chosen carefully. Doors on an exit path must still let people out freely in an emergency, and locking hardware on fire doors has its own requirements. Getting this wrong creates a safety problem, not just an inconvenience.

What you receive
You receive a working system with a door schedule listing each controlled door and its hardware, user groups and access levels set up, and an administrator trained to manage cards and fobs. Event logs show who used which door and when, which is useful after incidents and for reviewing site procedures.
As staff and residents change, we can manage user updates for you or support your team to do it, and we service door hardware that wears with daily use.
