Fit-outs and refurbishments
Our commercial electricians work with builders, project managers and tenants on office and shop fit-outs. That covers lighting and power layouts, dedicated circuits, workstations, kitchen and amenity circuits, and LED lighting upgrades. We coordinate with the other trades on programme, so rough-in and fit-off happen when they are supposed to.
Because we also handle data cabling, Cat6 outlets, comms racks and Wi-Fi access points are installed by the same team as the power, which keeps the ceiling space and documentation in order. At handover you receive as-built details, test results and cable schedules, which makes the next move or expansion much simpler.
Air conditioning that suits the space
Partitions, new meeting rooms and higher occupancy often leave existing air conditioning struggling. We assess the layout and handle air conditioning installation or modification, along with programmed maintenance to keep systems efficient. For buildings with controls, we program and adjust building management systems so zones and schedules match how the space is used.
Access control, alarms and CCTV
We install access control with swipe cards, keypads and magnetic locks for front doors, comms rooms and staff areas, plus intruder alarms with monitoring integration. For retail, CCTV with remote mobile viewing lets managers check the premises from anywhere. If cameras monitor staff, the NSW Workplace Surveillance Act 2005 requires 14 days’ written notice, visible cameras and signage, and we can explain what that means for your setup. Because one team runs the cabling, power and devices, a new camera or door reader does not need three trades to install it.
After-hours and ongoing maintenance
Where work would affect trade or staff, we schedule it before opening, after close or on weekends. For ongoing needs, a maintenance contract can bundle test and tag, emergency lighting checks, HVAC servicing and security checks into one schedule, with records you can hand to the landlord or insurer.
