Why industrial electrical work is about uptime
On an industrial site, an electrical fault is rarely just an electrical fault. A tripped circuit can stop a conveyor, a failed dock door can hold up a truck queue, and a failing high-bay fitting over a racking aisle becomes a safety issue for forklift operators. The cost of downtime usually dwarfs the cost of the repair.
That is why the best industrial electrical work is planned. Thermal scans catch overheating connections before they fail, variable speed drives are tested properly, and switchboards are sized for the next machine rather than the last one. Factories and workshops also carry tighter AS/NZS 3760 testing intervals, typically every 6 months for portable equipment.

Before shutdowns we agree an isolation plan with your operations team, so work happens between shifts or on a planned maintenance day rather than in the middle of a dispatch window.
For breakdowns, speed of diagnosis matters as much as the repair. Our electricians carry the test equipment to trace faults on motor circuits, control wiring and three-phase distribution, and because we keep records of the sites we maintain, we often already know the board layout before we arrive. What you receive
You get certificates of compliance for installation work, updated single-line information and circuit schedules where we have changed the board, thermal scan reports with images and priorities, and test and tag records against an asset register. Those records support your WHS obligations and give insurers and auditors something concrete to review.

Industrial sites need more than power.
